Melamine
Our high quality melamine powder is non toxic and odorless crystalline powder, which can dissolve in glyceline,
pyridine,heat ethylene glycol, acetic acid and formaldehyde.Melamine powder is difficult soluble in the ether, benzene and tetrachloromethane.It will sublimate when heated, heated slongly it will decomposite.
Melamine powder in methanol solvent by dicyandiamide, at 200 ℃ and ammonia reaction.This method requires 1180kg dicyandiamide (98%) and 30kg liquid ammonia per ton of product.Compared with this method, urea method has low cost and is widely used.Of urea to ammonia as the carrier, silica gel as the catalyst, the reaction at 380-400 ℃ temperature boiling, first decompose generate cyanate, and to further generate melamine condensation.Three polyamine gas generated after cooling to capture the crude products, and then through melting, removing impurities, recrystallization have to finished products.Urea production of melamine products consumption per ton urea is about 3800 kg, 500 kg of liquid ammonia.
