Dongxin Urea Moulding Compound is a thermosetting moulding material based on urea-formaldehyde resin, reinforced filler, pigments and carefully selected processing additives. It is developed for stable compression moulding and consistent batch production.

5. Production, Quality Control & Packaging

Stable Production Capacity

Raw materials are weighed, blended, processed and packed under controlled production conditions. Automated conveying and bag-filling systems help improve batch consistency, production efficiency and traceability.

Quality Inspection

Each batch can be checked for appearance, colour, flowability, volatile matter, water absorption, shrinkage and mechanical performance. Moulded test samples are inspected for surface smoothness, bubbles, cracks and colour consistency.

Export Packaging

The standard package is a 25 kg woven bag with one or two moisture-resistant inner film liners. Bags can be palletized, stretch-wrapped or packed according to the agreed export requirements.

The product should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse. During transportation, it must be protected from moisture, excessive heat, contamination and packaging damage.

Q1: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a manufacturer with our own production facilities, quality-control system and international sales team. We support direct factory supply and long-term bulk orders.

Q2: Can you customize the colour and formulation?

Yes. Colours can be matched according to physical samples, Pantone references or customer-defined requirements. Flowability and other processing properties can also be adjusted according to the product and mould.

Q3: Can I receive a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Approximately 200–500 grams can be provided for initial evaluation. Larger trial quantities can be discussed when mould testing or production-line trials are required. Freight is normally paid by the customer.

Q4: What is the standard packaging and storage condition?

The standard packaging is 25 kg per woven bag with a moisture-resistant inner liner. The material should be stored in a dry, cool and ventilated warehouse away from heat and moisture.
