Melamine moulding compound (MMC):

Features and Applications

These series of products are moulding compounds, which are made by using melamine-formaldehyde resin as the base material, cellulose as the padding, and adding lubricant, curing agents, pigments and other additives(also named melamine plastics).

These products are suitable for molding all kinds of heat-resistance and water-resistance tableware, such as bowl, chopsticks, plates, etc.

These products implement technical standards:GB13454-1992

Product packaging and storage

Melamine formaldehyde moulding compound is wrapped up in woven bags with lined plastic bags or compound paper bags with lined plastic bags. Each bag’s net weight reaches 25kg and each package is indicated: product name, model, batch number, net weight, production date, trademark, factory name and standard number.

To store in a ventilated,dry,shady and cool room whose ambient temperature for storage shall not exceed 35℃.The storage period is six months.The products exceeding the storage period shall be tested according to product technical standards.Only the qualified product can still be used.
