How to produce melamine dinnerware with melamine moulding compound(MMC)?

• 1. Weighting the powder
• 2. Preheating the powder in oven to make into block
• 3. Puting the block on the molds, Pressing it under high temperature ( About 155-165 C ) and high pressure. 
• 4. Putting the glazing powder on simi-finished plates or trays.
• ( The usage of melamine glazing powder see our other products : melamine glazing powder LG220 )
• 5. After molding, polishing edge of melamine dinnerware
• 6. Testing
• 7. Packing.

Storage:

1. Powder urea formaldehyde resin should be kept under seal to avoid direct sunlight and to prevent contact with moisture.
2. Powder urea formaldehyde resin accidentally splashed into the eyes, use plenty of water washing, if necessary, seek medical advice.
3. Powder urea formaldehyde resin, easily absorbing moisture, moisture absorption to form solid blocks quickly after the loss of effectiveness and mobility, generally use the moisture-proof packaging.
4. Shelf life: 20℃(68℉) 12 months and 30℃ (88℉) 6 months Room temperature, dry and cool place, sealed.
