Product Description

Melamine is an organic compound that can be combined with formaldehyde for making melamine resin,

this is a synthetic polymer that is fire resistant and withstand high teperatures.

Melamine resin may be used in many aplications and has a very stable structure. Some uses for melamine are whiteboards, floor tiles, kitchenware, fire retardant fabrics, and commercial filters.

1. Has a large chemical activity, high bonding strength.
2. High water resistance and high thermal stability.
3. Good abrasion resistance, fast curing, no need to add curing agent, salt spray resistance.

UF and MF molding compounds can be used to produce many products.

1.Kitchen utensils and kitchen ware, imitation ceramic dinnerware, tableware (plates, cups, mugs, saucers, ladles, spoons,bowls and dishes), melamine crockery.
2.Entertainment products, such as dominoes, dice, mahjong, chess and so on.
3.Daily necessities: imitation porcelain, resin craft, imitation pearls, ashtray, coat buttons and pins, sanitary accessories,
toilet seat.
4.Electrical appliance: switch, sockets, wall-plates, MCB, wiring equipment, lamp holder, electric lamp socket, relay, plug outlet connector.

Storage: Kept in airy, dry and cool room.
Storage period: six months from the manufacturing date. Test should be undertaken when expires. Qualified products can still be used.
