Melamine Glazing Powder is required to improve surface brightness of tableware items. It is also used to produce decorative housing veneer to avoid earthquake.
Featured with double layered composition and free flow nature, the curing duration of this resin powder can be modified as per its application type. There is slight difference between this powder and melamine based molding powder as this glazing substance is free from pulp.

Application
Glazing Powder, also called as Melamine Glazing Powder or Overlay Resin(LG350), its main component has same molecular structure as Melamine Moulding Powder but without pulp.
It scatters on the surfaces of urea or melamine tablewares after moulding step, which can make the surfaces of urea or melamine tableware more shining.
The melamine glazing powder is widely used to polish the plastic tablware or appliances which is made by urea moulding compound. Because the curing time,flowing and other moulding standard are different.
LG110: It is good to polish products made by urea moulding compound.
LG220: Mainly used in melamine molding powder (MF) products finish processes.
LG250: Mainly used in painting a paper flower in utensils .
