Product Description

Urea-formaldehyde resin is mainly used to prepare amino alkyd baking paint with alkyd resin to improve the hardness and dryness of paint film. It can be combined with dry alkyd resin to produce acid - cured amino paint for wood furniture cover. But weather resistance, water resistance, light retention slightly poor. Epoxy resin and alkyd resin can be used to prepare different properties of primers and indoor paints. Key features include:

1. Low price and abundant raw materials.

2. The molecular structure of urea-formaldehyde resin contains polar oxygen atoms, so it has good adhesion to the surface. Can be used as primer, intermediate coating, to improve the adhesion between finishes.

3. Because it can be cured at room temperature with acid catalyst, it can be used for two-component wood coatings.

4. Urea-formaldehyde resin cured paint film, flexural better.

5. UF resin has high viscosity, high acid value and poor storage stability.

Applications

Powder for tableware, bowl, cup, plate, cover of bottle;

Granule for electrical switches,plugboard, lampholders, low-voltage appliances, dash-board.etc.

Storage: Kept in airy, dry and cool room.

Storage period: six months from the manufacturing date. Test should be undertaken when expires.

Qualified products can still be used.

Transportation Caution: avoid moisture, heat, dirt and packaging damage.

Package: plstic knittin bag with inner wet-proof plastic bag.

A) Storage life: 6 months under temperature lower than 30° C
B) The goods should be stored in a dry, ventilated location. Avoid direct sunshine and moisture
C) The package should be sealed again immediately once the pack has been opened to avoid moisture
D) Avoid contact with eyes. Once splashed into eyes, flushed out with plenty of clean water.
