Urea-Formaldehyde Molding Compound, also know as Urea Moulding Compound is produced by adding cellulose filler, pigments, cure regulators, lubricants into Urea Formaldehyde Resin, and drying, grilling, sieving.

Product classification :

Powder form (compression grade)

General purpose, mostly used for molding melamine dinnerware, electrical appliances, with lowest price, good property.

Granular form (compression grade)

General purpose, mostly used for making low-volage electrical equipment, buttons,sanitary fitting, etc. Granule size: 1.0mm-2.0mm. Granule material will make the workshop's environment much better.

Applications:

01. This series of products are amino-plastics based on urea formaldehyde resin and takes fibre, mineral as the filling, together with both lubricant, hardener and pigment, etc.

02. Used for molding dinnerware/tableware, electrical appliance, button, toys, mechanical component, toilet lid etc.

Packing and shipping

Plastic woven bag with inner moisture proof polyethylene bag. Kept in airy, dry and cool place. 

Storage period: six months from the manufacturing date.

Transportation Caution: avoid moisture, heat, dirt and packaging damage.
