Product Description

High Quality Melamine Urea Formaldehyde Resin Powder

 

Melamine referred to as triamine, scientific name triammonia-triazine, alias honey amine, cyanouramide, tripolyamide, melamine performance .

 

Molecular formula: C3N6H6, C3N3 (NH2)3

Molecular weight: 126.12, is a nitrogen heterocyclic organic chemical raw materials,

Physical properties: white crystalline powder, non-toxic, tasteless,

Relative density: 1570kg/m3

Melting point: decomposition at atmospheric pressure, 354ºC, sublimation temperature: 300ºC.

Solubility: soluble in methanol, formaldehyde, acetic acid, hot glycol, glycerin, pyridine; Slightly soluble in water and ethanol; Insoluble in ether, benzene and carbon tetrachloride. Aqueous solution is weakly alkaline.

 

Application

 

1. Decorative stick panel: can be made into fire, earthquake, heat resistant laminate, bright color, strong heat resistant, pollution resistant decorative board, aircraft, ships and furniture stick panel and fire, earthquake, heat resistant house decoration materials.

2: Coating: melamine in acrylic acid, alkyd, epoxy coatings as crosslinking agent. After etherification with butanol and methanol, it can be used as the glue linking agent of advanced thermosetting coating and solid powder coating, and can be used to make metal coating and high-grade amino resin decorative paint for vehicles, electrical appliances and furniture. The paint has the characteristics of bright color, strong adhesion, high hardness, aging resistance and corrosion resistance.

3. Molding powder: after mixing, granulation and other processes can be made into honey amide plastic, non-toxic, anti-pollution, wet can still maintain good electrical performance, can be made into white, beatable daily utensils, sanitary ware and porcelain imitation tableware, electrical equipment and other advanced insulation materials.

4. Paper: ether etherification can be used as paper treatment agent, the production of wrinkle-resistant, shrinkage resistant, moisture-proof, non-rotten tickets and military maps and other advanced paper.

5. Melamine - formaldehyde resin mixed with other raw materials, can also produce fabric finishing agent, leather tanning agent, glazing agent and water resistance agent, rubber adhesive, efficient cement water reducing agent (naphthalene as raw material), steel nitriding agent. The principle of combustion agent melamine nitrogen in high temperature decomposition released nitrogen, so melamine as a flame retardant polyurethane foam. Melamine adhesive and urea-formaldehyde adhesive phase has the characteristics of strong adhesion, water resistance, heat resistance, etc. Compared with phenolic adhesive, it has the characteristics of faster curing speed, non-toxic, transparent and non-polluting board surface
