First, characteristics and uses

This series of products is based on urea formaldehyde resin, cellulose, minerals as fillers, adding lubricants, curing agents, hardeners, pigments and other additives made of amino molding compound.

Suitable for molding methods, manufacturing melamine tableware, bottle caps, buttons, toys, household appliances, low-voltage electrical appliances, instrument insulation structural parts and mechanical parts.

The amino molding compound can be arbitrarily colored, and it can be blended in almost all colors. It is extremely selectable.

1, powder (molded material) UF1P-xxx

General, conventional, most used to suppress melamine tableware (melamine tableware), as well as switch electrical products, low prices, excellent product performance.

2, granular (molding material) UF1G-xxx

General purpose, conventional, used to suppress electrical products, particle size from 1mm-2mm, can be produced on demand; and less particulate dust, the production workshop is more environmentally friendly.

3, granular (injection plastic) UF1I-xxx

Fourth, product packaging, storage:

The amino molding compound is packaged in a paper bag/woven bag lined with plastic bags. The net weight of each bag is 25kg. The package name: product name, model number, batch number, net weight, production date, trademark, factory name and standard number.

Store in a ventilated, dry and cool room with an ambient temperature not exceeding 35 °C. The storage period is half a year. If it exceeds the storage period, it should be inspected according to the technical standards of the product. The qualified ones can still be used.
