Product Description

Melamine moulding compound, melamine and formaldehyde reaction of the polymer, also known as melamine resin, English abbreviation MF, processing and forming a crosslinking reaction, forming a linear structure, has a very high adhesive strength, products for thermosetting resin products, environmental protection, non-toxic, has good mechanical properties. Its products have the same pollution resistance as ceramics, beautiful appearance, so it is widely used in the processing of abrasive products for abrasive bonding. Melamine-formaldehyde resin can be heated at about 135℃ ~ 160℃ to solidify into an insoluble and non-melting solid, and the curing rate can be increased under acid catalysis

It can be heat resistant, aging resistance, arc resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, with good insulation performance, gloss, the product is as bright and clean as porcelain, and has the characteristics of light and not easy to break.

Packaging

Physical property :

Melamine moulding compound are basedon melamine-formaldehyde resins fortified with high-class celluloseas reinforcement and further modified with minor amounts of specialpurpose additives, pigments, cure regulators andlubricants.

Storage:

To avoid moisture caking, storage time should be placed away from the hot and humid environment,

generally at 30 degrees to 50% relative humidity storage conditions,

our products can be maintained around a one-year period.
