Product Description
The Secret to High-Gloss, Porcelain-Finish Tableware

Elevate the quality of your melamine production with our LG Series Melamine Glazing Powder (also known as Melamine Resin Powder). Specifically formulated for the final "glazing" stage of compression moulding, these powders provide a protective, mirror-like finish that makes melamine tableware indistinguishable from high-end ceramic.

Product Series Overview

We offer three specialized grades to match your specific production requirements and budget:

  • LG110 (The Universal Standard): Ideal for general glazing of A1 and A3 melamine ware. Provides a clean, protective layer with a standard gloss.

  • LG220 (High-Gloss Export Grade): 100% melamine resin content. Designed for A5 Grade tableware, offering superior brightness and enhanced stain resistance.

  • LG250 (The Premium Decal Grade): Specially formulated for products with decal paper (foil). It creates a crystal-clear protective film that seals the pattern perfectly without yellowing or blurring.

Why Use Our LG Glazing Powder?
  • Diamond-Hard Surface: Significantly increases the scratch resistance and surface hardness of plates, bowls, and trays.

  • Stain & Chemical Barrier: Creates a non-porous seal that prevents coffee, tea, and oil stains from penetrating the material.

  • Crystal Clarity: Our "Low-Yellowing" formula ensures that white dinnerware stays bright and colorful patterns remain vivid.

  • Smooth Hand-Feel: Eliminates microscopic surface imperfections, giving the final product a smooth, "cool-to-the-touch" ceramic feel.

  • Efficient Processing: Optimized particle size ensures even distribution during the second pressing, reducing "dry spots" or uneven gloss.

How to Apply (The Glazing Process)
  1. First Pressing: Form the tableware using Melamine Moulding Compound (MMC).

  2. Application: Once the product is shaped, sprinkle the LG Glazing Powder evenly across the surface.

  3. Final Curing: Compress again at 160°C – 180°C for 15–25 seconds.

  4. Result: A permanent, high-gloss protective layer is chemically bonded to the body.

Our glazing powders are the industry choice for HORECA-grade dinnerware, luxury hotel sets, and designer household collections where surface aesthetics are a top priority.
